Awesome little lure.
This lure was a lot smaller than I thought but it is the perfect size for panfish or trout. It’s very heavy for the size but works great. Would definitely recommend and buy again.P.S. I’m not sure if you can see in the photo, but I broke the point of the treble hook. That’s my fault because I got it stuck on my clothing.

Gold Yellow Perch is My Most Productive Color
The Rapala Jigging Rap has proven to be a real fish catcher throughout the year, while vertical jigging from my kayak on Lake Erie. The rear plastic fins give it a spiraling climb and fall when you jerk the rod. It's solid lead makeup and streamlined body get it down to the bottom very quickly. From there, I pop the rod a few feet for a fast spiral climb, then let it fall back to hit the bottom. The fish almost always hit it on the fall. Very rarely do I let it sit still. The only downside I have found is the paint will chip if you are beating it around rock piles and rubble. Additionally, chrome and Gold Yellow Perch are always productive colors for me.

Quality manufacturing
Rapala really makes excellent products and the extra cost seems merited if you consider aesthetics and quality. Do they catch more fish than the cheaper lookalikes? Who can say?

Awesome jigging lure
Does very well when vertical jigging. You can cast it as well. I have caught some nice saugeye and crappie on this lure.

Excellent vertical presentation lure
I've been using these for several years, there a good product for suspended active fish. if one method of jigging doesn't work try something a little different, sometimes it makes a great difference.
