Spicy but not too hot to enjoy food's flavor.
I really like this because it's not too hot but can give you a little bite of flavor with your meal. I don't appreciate putting anything on my food that overwhelms the main flavor. Check it out.

STILL DELICIOUS
Love it. Not as spicy as it used to be, but the flavor still there. I buy 1 every month. I put it on my collard greens, baked chicken. Catfish lol everything. It's thick and tasty

Not sure about consistency
I am not sure about the consistency of this brand anymore. Sometimes it's strong sometimes it's runny, sometimes thick and super spicy. I don't know. This one is dark red, thick and super spicy. But it doesn't seem like the same. It is still very good because I love that I have authentic huy fong. So I use it every time I eat Ramen. I have to. I wont settle for another brand.
