Pro:voke Go Icy Intensive Toning Hair Mask 300ml

I used this on twice-bleached short hair that still had a yellow tinge. I ignored the instructions and applied it to dry hair, and left it on for half an hour. It is a very thick consistency and easy to apply without dripping. Has left my hair a very nice white-blonde, some of the bits that were paler have gone slightly blue, but overall a very good result for a home toner at the price, and I should get 3-4 uses out of a tub.

I bought this as I decided I wanted white hair, used straight after bleaching and definitely took away the orange tones from the bleach. Used again a week later and my hair is bleached blonde still. Definitely doesn’t make it icy,silver or white but is a good price and a great toner. Also you get about 3 uses for the cheap price. Would buy again

Works better when applied to completely dried hair.Lightens one shade after even half an hour so not great3 Stars as it leaves hair very soft without product residue but I don’t think pigment penetrates very well so useless for intended purpose as a toner

As a natural dark brunette, when I bleach my hair I often get that brassy orange tone but this has made my hair completely white blonde with one use. 10/10!

I’ve used nearly every blonde toning product that is out there because I hate my blonde even having a hint of brassiness in it. After highlighting my hair I washed it then smothered it in this product. As it said it was a mask I stupidly concluded that that meant it was meant to be left on a while (like typical hair masks) so planned to leave it on half an hour. Unfortunately I fell asleep and ended up napping for 4hrs! It has been over a week and my hair has gone from a bright purple to a less vibrant purple. I’ve just washed it again 5 times and even let the shampoo sit on the hair an hour. I’m using a special colour removing shampoo and praying that it’ll at least have faded to a baby purple. It’s completely my fault for not reading the label (that says to leave on for no more than 5mins) and then falling asleep. I just wanted to let you all know it really does work! And even during my ‘I have bright purple hair’ meltdown I noticed how amazingly soft, shiny and conditioned it had left my hair and I didn’t use conditioner. All other toning products have left my hair dry and needing a deep conditioner. So despite my nightmare this product is great, and I believe that if I’d left it on for the time specified it would have given me perfect results. Once it finally fades and I have my hair done again I will definitely be using it, but for the right amount of time of course!
