I have tried so many hair regrow solutions... in the past 15 yrs. This one by far really works for me! I notice in the second week some thickness in my hair. I am halfway though my second bottle. I really don't know when some of my hair started growing back, probably the 3rd to the 5th week. My hair is so full now, longer than its ever been to the middle of my back. I am a black women, I blow dry or sit under a dryer, perm and color my hair and use a curing iron at times. I use to have a lot of breakage. Barely, anymore.... probably if I stop using the curing iron I would not have any breakage. But my hair would take forever to dry. Needless to say, I would recommend this regrow solution before taking anything else. I have not had any side effects as well! I take both pills by 12 noon. That works for me!

Disclosure: I'm a healthy 22 year old melanated female. I don't eat meat and I take care of my body.After taking this supplement, I did notice some hair growth but more so I experienced a lot of acne. My skin has broken out like none other. My complexion is usually very clear and now it's not. I've also began experiencing extreme nausea throughout the day. It won't stop. From morning to night. I have stopped taking the supplements for almost a week and I still feel awful.Today: a little over a month later after discontinuing these supplements I noticed I hadn't had a cycle in nearly two months( the entire time I was on these supplements). The nausea I've been experiencing came from the supplements throwing my hormones off balance. My deodorant stopped working also. Now that it's been a month since I stopped taking these vitamins, my body is slowly getting back to normal. I would never ever ever recommend these supplements ever!! ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Didn't notice a difference. May or may not purchase again. All depends on if I want to test it out again. No side effects, no gains.

I'm growing my hair out of a short hair style and a relaxer. My edges were really damaged and broken off. I've been taking regrow for 30 days now and have seen good improvement in the health of my edges and my hair as a whole. It's growing really nicely. I will continue to use this product.

ive been using this product for about a month now and i must say that it does work for me. I also have to state that i used another product with these vitamins. I started using Minoxidil 2% the same time. For those of you who dont know, its a liquid topical solution. i used 1mm twice a day plus the hair vitamins. my hair grew from about 2 inches when i started to 7 inches in length. its thicker and fuller and it doesnt shed anymore. i used to see clumps of my hair in the shower drain after washing it. Now there is nothing, not even a strand. I will tell you ladies that the first results you will see are the hair getting thicker, and the dead hair will break off. nothing but newer thicker fuller hair will begin to grow in. If interested in the minoxidil. Its at walmart for $18. Its for thinning hair. So the two products together work tremendously. Good luck and God Bless!!

I did notice a slight improvement - less hair shedding - my hair did not do any amazing growth spurts - but it seemed to stop the shedding - I am still searching for the hair vitamin that actually truly helps GROW your hair where you see visible results. I have been taking Biotin for years and it does very little to promote growth - but does help with skin . . .

I recently lost a bunch of weight and, as a result, I lost a bunch of my hair (this is a known side effect for weight loss). I have always had thick beautiful hair so I was pretty devastated to see it thin out so much and lose its luster. The difference a few weeks on Regrow Solutions has made has been fantastic. I'm definitely seeing some new growth and my hair is looking healthy and shiny again. I'm reordering as this is very affordable. As a side note, I'm not African American so this is a product for everyone looking to regrow their hair. I'll try and add to this again and post pictures.

I was torn between the mixed reviews, but decided to purchase despite that gut feeling. The instructions are to take 2 tablets every day preferably with a meal. I decided to take them 1 tablet twice a day instead of at once due to digestion issues. My opinion with vitamins is that you should notice a difference at least by day 21. I don't know if they changed the formula or gave me some placebos, but these vitamins did absolutely nothing for me except made my urine look as if it glowed in the dark. Absolute waste of money.
