While I much prefer the older type of cotton rickrack, this should be o.k. I am using it as embellishment on cards and gift bags, and not for clothing. It should be fine for my purpose.

Very disappointed. This is very cheap looking and even has a slight off shade of red. I don't recommend.

I used this to make Christmas ornaments. Very easy to use and very good quality. They turned out so cute! Everyone loved them.

Two color ricrac was different to begin with, but not a regular ricrac. It wasn’t soft, cottony type, more like a scratchy stiff kind, but really cute with the two colors. If you want something different that will not be next to the skin, this will work. If it will come in contact with the skin, you may want to choose something else.
