Double Horse Matta Rice -10 KG

The rice we brought appeared to be brown (the bag was marked 'Double horse Palakkadan Matta rice). But when we washed the rice, the brown color came off in an oily slimy way, as though the color was somehow added to it with an oily colored medium. The cooked rice was pure white in color. So I think people who buy this rice need to be beware!

Quality of the product was nice. Price is bit high compared to the shops

This Double Horse Vadi Kerala Rice has a nice earthy flavor that's perfect for traditional dishes. While it might not be the most polished matta rice, it cooks consistently and delivers the right texture for curries
