Such a great got sauce. Not too hot, very tasty, goes well on everything!

I bought this, poured out enough to fill an OXO squeeze bottle, and put this in the freezer until it was needed again. I repeated this process multiple times, and it tasted just as good at the end as it did on first open. It has a good taste and a good heat profile if you like some heat but don't always want to sweat from your green sauce.

The 64 ounce jar is a great value for people who love the Cholula Verde sauce. You've probably noticed that your local grocer upcharges for the green sauce and it is prohibitively expensive for most of us. This large jar can be divided into smaller bottles and will save you tons of money over the long run. To prevent spoilage, either store the 1/2 gallon container in the fridge, or subdivide the container into 8-8oz bottles (fill to the brim). As long as you get rid of most of the air in the bottles, this sauce will last a long time on the shelf. So good I bought a half a gallon! A nice blend and the jalapeno does not over power the poblano. A little agave syrup and it is good BBQ sauce. Good on eggs, chicken,pork, chips, ...
