They do the job.
These things rock! I’ve had mine for 3 years but I wound up blowing 2 of them (my fault) so I needed replacements. I have 4 on my tower and I have no problem drowning others music out on an island. Sound quality is good as long as you tune your amp correctly.

My sweet 18 Scarab 195G ***Must see video***
The media could not be loaded. I’m a 58 year old female who loves DIY’ing. I was told that my transom would only allow 6” Kickers by Scarab experts on a group page. Well me wanting the best sound I had to push it. I installed 8” Kickers w/the remote on the transom myself and saved me $1,400.00 an Audio Pro shop wanted. I saved myself that $$$$. It took me 2 days, one cutting the wholes in & the next installing them. I only connected the blue LEDs because my interior lights are all blue. So easy to install and the sound is Amazing. Just have a listen for your self. A definite must get!

High quality sound!
Installed 4 of these in my boat 2 years ago. Powering them with a 1000watt amp and I’m happy with the sound. They’re holding up well, everything is working great. Get lots of compliments on the sound and the backlights.

Will not play for long
These speakers do not work properly and cut off after a few minutes of playing, I ordered them early cause I was having a boat built and received it this past week and installed the speakers and they do not work right, and now I can't return them and I'm out 200 dollars now cause no one will make this good.

Mounted these on our a jet skis need to exactly like they’re supposed to do. They sound fantastic.

Best bang for buck
Recently installed two pairs of these 8inch kickers in my 20 foot center console. Paired them with the matching Kicker KXMA 800.4 amp with 100 watts RMS going to each speaker, and JL media master head unit. Sound is loud, clear, and full. They don’t replace the need for a dedicated sub(s), but bass response is decent for a coaxial speaker; and the frequency curve could be a little higher, but overall you can’t beat the price. These are definitely the best bang for the buck marine speakers on the market in my opinion. Also installed the Kicker KMLC controller for the leds, and they are pretty cool.
