Avoid. I've bought 2 of these snake necklaces this year. Initially I was pleased to find nickel free jewellery. However, the first one warped in a few places, even though I don't have long hair and don't wear clothing for jewellery to catch on. Then it snapped.Thinking it might be a one off, I purchased another. The same thing happened within weeks. I emailed the Caroline Meyer company and got a rude, unprofessional reply saying something like 'when did you buy???' and nothing more, no apology.I replied with screenshots of my orders and said that I wasn't happy with that response. I also sent photos of the necklaces. I got a brief message saying 'thank you'. Weeks have gone by and I have heard nothing more. They have not offered me a refund or anything at all. Their customer service is so unprofessional - a 6 year old could do a better job.

Unfortunately when this necklace arrived it was broken at one end so it could not connect, I quickly sent a message and had a photo of proof but was not needed however I’ve not had any reply even though it’s been posted. If it wasn’t s broken it was a good quality(beside the obvious problem pretty necklace just a real shame and over a tenner gone down the drain.

I bought this with the idea in mind to use it for a pendant my Dad gave me years ago, it's an emerald and diamond pendant which is worth quite a lot and so needed something strong but something which looked relatively delicate too? it arrived and I was pleased, but.. it's very silver shiny! almost too shiny hence the 4 stars not 5. hopefully in time it will tarnish a bit and have a more natural silver feel and look. highly recommend though.

I use this to put my tiffney heart on as I had 2 broken chains previously so lucky I see these at home or I would have lost it, £500 worth of gift from my husband been married 40 years and my husband bought me the necklace earrings and bracelet for our anniversary, I love this chain and I am thinking of ordering another one just for a spare excellent value for the money and lovely looking

This is a beautiful chain. It is as stated, a thick chain with a secure catch, and extremely shiny. I am delighted with this item, which arrived promptly in secure packaging. The chain was in a very pretty little bag, complete with a chocolate. A lovely touch! I would definitely use this seller again. Very impressed!
