Nice single burner simply built. Burns low and fast also control knobs functions properly but the lettering to turn on and off is hard to see on it. Will need a wind barrier to keep flame still. The gas line could be longer.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the GasOne High Pressure Single Propane Burner for backyard crawfish boils and home brewing, and it has absolutely delivered. Right out of the box, I could tell this was a solid, well-built burner. The setup was incredibly straightforward — just connect a propane tank, and you're ready to go. It fired up instantly and produced an impressively powerful flame.The heat output is no joke — this burner gets HOT fast. I’ve used it for boiling large pots of water for seafood and beer brewing, and it cuts down the wait time significantly compared to standard burners. It’s rated for high pressure, and you can definitely tell the difference. Whether you’re boiling a big stockpot or just cooking in a cast iron skillet, it handles it all without issue.One feature I really appreciate is the integrated heat shield and guard. It adds safety and helps maintain steady heat in windy outdoor conditions, which has been a big help during cookouts and tailgating. High btu! Great for large pots. Used for boiling water at camp for crab. Got large amounts of water boiling in short time. Does take some effort to light, the regulator is closer to the propane tank versus the unit, so if you have the propane tank a bit distanced from the cooktop, you’ll need to find a way to light it as you turn up the propane. The regulator has a large range of adjustment, from simmer to raging fire bath! After lighting, it’s pretty simple to use, getting anything you have over it hot fast! Would likely work great as a wok burner. It’s stout, solid metal. Though, I used it on the coast of the PNW for a week of cooking crab, so after day 2 the cast iron burner was already rusted. The frame is coated with paint, which had to cook off on the first use. I coated the thing in oil for storage to best mitigate the rusting. Hoping to get many seasons of camp cooking out of this burner. Only complaint would be that it rusts very easily, and it could really use a windshield. Which I will be crafting up in time.

Great quality for the price. It works great. Many people have complained about not being able to adjust the flame. However, it is perfectly adjustable. Yes, the flame adjusting dial seems very lose, but that is only until you turn on the gas. The adjustment mechanism works on the diaphragm inside of the regulator. So, it seems loose when there is no gas pressure present. Turn the gas on and it becomes firm. Then, with a slight turn you can either increase or decrease the flame. I forgot to add - Normally, you would turn the knob right to lower the heat. Withe this item, it is the opposite. You turn it right to increase the size of the flame, and you turn it left to lower it. This is this way because it works directly on the diaphragm of the regulator.

This one sent to me is not the one in the description - it lacks the Airflow Adjustment at the Gas Intake Connection. The Cast Iron Piece now had a simple, thin piece of metal with, ~ 3/8 " apx air way in it. It says nothing about it and from all I've observed, the description does it's best to Conceal this instead of showing it and explain why and demonstrating it since is a Different Unit from the Description.Additionally, in this unit, as sent - it does not have the "robust feel and look".So, I have to still check and see how it operates but feel a little unsafe since the Gas-line and Valve looks light weight, not of the kind of quality that would justify the prior Reviews here. I will update it if not a good experience. The limited text of how to operate it (sort of, not really) says to adjust the Gas Valve at the Tank - there's two there, the one on the Tank and the Red one on this lightweight Gas-line that has no direction arrow of "off/on" or "increase/decrease".I am on the fence as to return it or not - I don't like surprises especially with an LP-Gas appliance that others show using on the wood decks or in their kitchen on their Stoves; this does not instill that kind of confidence especially with the shortest Gas-line Hose that could be provided. It seems and extension will cost nearly as much as the unit itself.So, I hope this honest review with my prior history of relevant, accurate reviews helps someone - this is not the unit described or lead to believe I was getting.

I was looking for a gas burner for my big 84qt stockpot and this is a great product, it has what i was looking for, good quality material, easy to use, easy to assemble and light, also very easy to put back together into the packing box for storage. Great product!
