Excellent product
A very well made and sturdy utensil. Made in one continuous piece of metal ( no joints to fall apart), and a good weight.Dishwasher might stain it after a time ,so hand wash would be better.It should last a lifetime of stir-frys.

Perfect for stir frying...
Nice size and very well made, solid. Absolutely perfect for cooking a stir fry in a properly seasoned wok. Makes the clattering sound you hear when you are in a Chinese restaurant. It's the little things in life. Love it.

No scatches and works like a dream.
I had a wooden handle one that broke and it scratched the wok! This baby works, no scratches and flips just as it should and easy to clean, a very good buy.

Made for Professionals, but Would Grace Any Kitchen
This satin finished stainless steel skimmer is beautifully crafted with a hygienic seamless connection from the handle to the bowl.It is certainly designed with a busy kitchen in mind and the description “professional” is rightly used - the bowl is 114mm (4.5”) in diameter and can skim a large quantity of food each time it is used.The handle is long and straight and with the bowl set at 45 degrees it is able to reach deep into large pans and lift the contents vertically out with ease.There are five matching utensils in this range and they make a very attractive set which would be a great present for an aspiring chef.With a 25 year guarantee Sabatier obviously have confidence that this skimmer will stand up intense daily use. I can find nothing negative to say about it - 5 stars.

Beautiful seamless ladle
This is a wonderful ladle, it feels solid and is manufactured from stainless steel. It's not heavy either, the stem and handle appears to be hollow to reduce weight and has been finished and sealed so there are no seams wherean debris can get caught in.This would make a nice gift or a nice addition to the kitchen, either as a serving ladle or where you don't want plastic.
