While most of the kit is quite lovely, the bread sling actually has a low temperature threshold, not high enough for a 450 degree oven. I tried it anyway just in case it was a typo on the sling because I thought that wouldn’t make sense for a sourdough sling. But once I took it out, it broke. Despite that issue, everything else was lovely and practical.

Everything is of very high quality and includes a large starter jar and all of the other gizmos and gadgets that you need to create a sourdough starter. You get everything except the flour and water. I highly recommend this handy sourdough starting kit.

Kitchen is currently under construction, but I can't wait to use it!

Had all the tools needed for beginners

About half the kit is good and the other half quality is lacking.The bread sling ripped the second time using it. Very thin and cheaply made. The scoring blades are very flimsy and broke while cleaning is gently. The proofing baskets work great and love that they collapse.

Really nice complete set-up for a sourdough baker. Seriously, everything you need is included, well made, and a nice value. Highly recommended!
