I thought it would be embroidered, and the specs say it is multiple times, but it's PVC. That said, I'm more pleased with this look than I would have been with an embroidered patch. Looks great, and the velcro backing is VERY strong.

Good quality patch with sturdy backing. Colors are accurate to the Metal Gear Solid design, and it sticks on great. Well-made.

Feels nice, looks nice, didn’t come with the other side to the velcro though regardless it’s pretty sweet

My husband LOVES this for one of his hats that he can interchange patches on. It's not sewn badly and definitely feels like good quality. It's been dunked in the pool, almost lost in the ocean, worn in the hot Alabama sun, and traveled through theme parks during the rain. It still looks brand new. It was a great little stocking stuffer for anyone who is a fan of Metal Gear.
