Bluefin Tuna Ventresca in Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Testa Conserve, Sicily, Italy - in a glass jar of 11.2oz

That stuff you’ve been eating in a can completely pales in comparison to this jar of delicious real fish! I don’t eat tuna. So when I tried this (Tonno Rosso) tuna on a cruise and it tasted so good in a salad I ordered it everyday. Now that I’m back I searched everywhere for the same tuna in the US. You cannot find it in a store. And a little goes a LONG way! Use sparingly because the flavor and texture are very rich. I made a salad and added a wasabi dressing - so good!! The package came lovingly wrapped with a sweet note - unlike some of the glass jars I’ve gotten from Amazon. Splurge!! It’s worth it!
