Worth every penny
Been using this for an outdoor kitchen since 2022, 4 seasons in still look and function as new. This is in a place have more than 10 hours of sun each day and could be buried in feet of snow in the NE winter. Probably best 20 dollar spent on any plumbing supplies.

Great product. Just what I needed

Inexpensive solution for shop
We were replacing an old faucet in our shop with a new one for cold water only. This faucet was very inexpensive and seems to work fine. Installation was a little rough due to the placement on our stainless countertop. Also needed to purchase a rubber gasket to place under the mount because there was a slight leak. The only real complaint I have is the screw that holds the handle on the side loosens every once in a while and the handle falls off. I thought it was broken the first time it happened but once you put the screw back in and tighten it should last a while before it happens again. (if it does)

Wonderful but failed in 14 months
The flexible neck was absolutely wonderful -- until it wasn't. Sprung a leak from the flexible part in 14 months, unrepariable, and non-refundable. And we don't even use the outdoor faucet half of the year as it is disconnected during cold winter. Too bad as we really, really loved this faucet.

Does what it is designed to do.
We needed a separate faucet for our cold water in our utility tub. This was easy to install and its flexible neck lets us direct the water where it is particularly needed.

Good stuff
Great buy for the price. An adapter from Ace hardware was added to allow hookup to a standard garden hose.

Good design but quality is an issue
It suits my need well for my backyard sink. However, the soft hose inside the steel coil started leaking after 14 months of light use. Very disappointed.
