My cats still seem a bit iffy about it, but it’s quiet and runs exactly how it says. Assembly was easy, great for the price, aesthetically pleasing.

The packaging and item were in excellent conditions. The water bowl itself was easy to set up and get ready for use. When I bought, I was excited to see if my animals would like it, my cat specifically. Since she had taken a liking to lapping up water from our sinks and shower we figured she would love it. I kept the water bowl for about a week or so and after the initial introduction to it she stopped using it. And the dogs wouldn’t drink from it either. So I ended up returning it. Noise level was non existent. I had no issues with sound. Super easy to clean and arrange for use. The design was sleek and I liked the color of it. I do agree with the water line issue, hard to see when it’s low, even with the light to help highlight it inside. But over great water bowl!

Cute water fountain, all my cats love drinking running water and they all enjoy this one. I previously had a different fountain but it gave out on me, bought this one and it works great, I love the strength of the filter pump and water flow, keeps the water clean perfectly. Not even the previous fountain I had ran this well.It’s easy to put together and has clear instructions, just make sure you rinse and wash the product before use! :)

I had a couple of goals in mind when I purchased the Bemoony water fountain. 1st, I wanted to find a water fountain that could last several days without my having to refill the water. 2nd I wanted a quiet water fountain. I bought the Bemoony water fountain with additional filters and sponges as you can see from photo 3a and 3b. After reading the instructions and following them, I was surprised at how quiet this fountain works. My cats aren't used to a fountain and didn't know what to think of it initially. I have 5 indoor cats by the way. I have other water bowls or containers in the house and the one I use in the kitchen is one left over from my dog (it was a food bowl on one side and water bowl on other side). I have to fill that one up daily because one cat likes to clean his face with it and water becomes dirty. This morning, June 9, I heard the water fountain and so I knew something was amiss. I unplugged it and carefully took it to the sink and took the lid off. Photo 4 shows the water level. Since the water had dropped to the minimum level, it started to make a noise. In photo #5, you'll see the green tape which had the dates of when water was at max level -June 4 and minimum level -June 9. It's difficult to see the levels when the lid is on. I will use the fountain when we go away for the weekend or for 4 days along with my other water bowls and containers. I have a gravity water container in my bathtub, and in the cats' room. That one has a pan underneath it since my one cat likes to occasionally splash the water. Surprisingly, my cat didn't splash the water with the fountain. I had something underneath it in case he did splash the water. The Bemoony water fountain was easy to assemble. It was easy to use. The price point of $29.99 on Amazon is what made me decide to try it out. What I didn't like about it was the top bowl part was shallow. I think that's why my cats weren't ALL thrilled about using it but I saw several drink from it and obviously the water went from Max level to Min level by 5th day. It was a good value for my money. I haven't needed to clean it so I can't comment on that. I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this water fountain for my fur babies. perfect size and It hold a good amount of water. It’s not too low for my older fur baby. The waterspout is very easy for them to drink from. Love the design. I just wish It could come with more filters. But overall the product is pretty great.

Works like a charm it’s super cute and easy to install and clean and large enough for 2 cats I fill it up maybe 1x a week

Saw it in use on a reel and liked the look, quiet operation, and the price point was perfect for a second fountain for the upstairs. I especially like that the pump turns off when it senses there isn't enough water instead of grinding, making a lot of noise, and eventually burning up! The only drawback is that the water basin is plastic, but it is sanitizable with bleach.
