Best warranty, great price.
Great battery, self heating, great price, great warranty, 10 years! I put the battery in my motorhome. One battery that replaced 6 wet cells ( 6 volt), I now have more useable power and at a price that was cheaper than replacing the 6 wet cells. I love the shut off switch incorporated in the battery for storage. I also saved about 350 lbs with this 115lb battery. Plus no more maintenance! Bluetooth works perfect. I just had to change my inverter/converter setting to lithium.

From 4 agm batteries to 1 460ah LifePO4 lithium upgrade
This 12V 460Ah LiFePO4 battery has been a fantastic upgrade for our motorhome. Replacing four 125Ah AGM 12-volt batteries and many battery cables with this single unit nearly doubled our usable amp hours in one robust package. It recharges quickly from a MagnaSine 2800-watt inverter and reliably powers our TV, Starlink, DC lights, microwave, and toaster, making boondocking or staying at facilities without hookups a breeze.I've been using this battery daily for four weeks now in my RV, and it has performed flawlessly. It's a great value, and its sturdy construction gives me confidence for use in my motorhome, which is why I chose this model. I previously considered buying AGM batteries again, but the simplicity of the battery connections and wiring, the occasional discounts they have, and the 7-year warranty convinced me to buy this well-built battery. One downside is the app for monitoring the battery. While it works well for occasional or in-depth diagnostics, it only works when you're close to the battery, so the Bluetooth range isn't the greatest. However, coming from an AGM that had no monitoring, this works great for me.I did install a 60-amp Renogy DC-DC charger to charge it while driving. I do not run solar, so it's either charged off shore power, generator, or alternator.i will update this review if i have any longterm issues or warranty issues in the future.

Quality and power delivered exceptional
Excellent quality with high amount of power supplied in a compact battery. We were able to replace a 320ah AGM battery on our van and it fit on the same battery holder/tray. Highly recommend this product!

Great battery
Great batteries. App connects fast. Battery storage seem correct. Solid built. Ran my camper AC for 12 hours just on 2 batteries. Once they go on sale I'll buy 2 more.

Good battery and good price
I installed this battery into my 23ft RV to help power my 12v rooftop AC unit and it works great, I will have to figure out some sort of buss bar terminal connection point because you can't install more than two 4awg wires onto the terminals and have the protective covers fit

Great product, great customer service.
I’m about 4 months in here. Had an issue with the Bluetooth module. I contacted customer support after going through online troubleshooting; When I tell you, that Vatrer instantly sprung into action to not only help me troubleshoot, but also ENSURE that they solved the issue;I think I’ve grown up in an era where out-of-country products are perceived to have worse customer service. Not the case with Vatrer. 10/10 would recommend. Also should be noted this is my second Vatrer product, but the first one I’ve had an issue with. I didn’t know the issue with the product was an opportunity for them to prove their customer service is on par or better than most domestic manufacturers.

I cant imagine any of the more expensive LiFePO4 batteries having better build quality.
Build quality is fantastic. So far it has been exceptional and provides about 4 times the power that my 2 grp31 lead acid batteries did.It is a heavy beast! Still a little lighter than the two lead acid batteries that it replaced.

$1000 Paperweight With Bluetooth!
I got the Vatrer Power 12.8V 460Ah LiFePO4 RV battery (black case, compact size, app monitoring, all the bells and whistles) on February 7. For a while, it actually worked pretty well. It powered my RV setup reliably, and I liked that it had a 250A BMS, decent app integration, and the build looked high quality.Seemed well-made and sturdy, and I’ll admit I was impressed by the overall craftsmanship. But after only 133 cycles, out of nowhere I got a protection error and that’s where everything fell apart. The app showed “ChgMosDamage,” which they even confirmed in their own email means there’s internal damage and the battery needs to be replaced. The support system is basically a nightmare. You email them, wait forever, get one vague sentence back, send them everything they ask for (including my full order proof), and then they tell you to “just reset it”… even though they themselves admit that the error means there’s a faulty component inside the battery that could short and cause real issues. So obviously, resetting isn’t even possible. Not to mention another concern is the Bluetooth feature they advertise. The Vatrer app (black one) doesn’t actually let you control anything it just shows basic info. The third-party XiaXiangElectric app (blue one) only lets you toggle charging and discharging, even though the website and support claim users can adjust multiple settings and clear warnings. The app has none of those options. Honestly, the only real use for the app is to check the state of charge, which could’ve just been done with a simple screen on the battery itself. You’ll see in the screenshot that they provide that has a red square. That’s what it should look like according to them, and you’ll see my screenshot of what it actually looks like.I told them I live off-grid and absolutely need a battery during the exchange process so we’d need to avoid overlap and they just ignored that entirely. Then suddenly they come back and say they can’t help me anymore because it was ordered through some “VC account” (whatever that is), and I need to contact Amazon for a replacement. I paid full price, with my card, and I’m the one who’s stuck with a brick. They clearly have no interest in honoring their so-called 5-year warranty, and their customer service is so bad it almost feels like a prank. I loved this battery’s size, power, and performance while it lasted, but what good is any of that if they don’t stand behind it?I will absolutely be contacting Amazon and demanding a full refund and will find a better manufacturer and battery that will actually honor the warranties unlike this company, because why would I want to get a replacement if they won’t even honor their own warranty? I was born, but not yesterday. If you’re relying on this for RV or off-grid life, don’t. Just don’t.If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Totally unacceptable.
