I can't speak on the many other benefits of magnesium but taking these before bed puts me in a deep sleep. And noticed I don't be tired as much during the day........ Addition~ I noticed less redness, itching and flacking in my skin, love this!!

It seems good and it has helped me with my sleep.Update: I've read many recs and this is the best magnesium for sleeping. It has really helped me feel at ease before bedtime, make sure to drink it one hour before.

The dosage of 525mg is NOT SAFE!! The medically recognized (and scientifically proven) SAFE daily dose of Magnesium Glycinate is a MAXIMUM of 420mg.I took this supplement, woke up EXTREMELY dizzy, confused, and barely coherent. I was rushed to ER where I was informed I had taken far too much Magnesium. I LITERALLY only took it once and had that reaction. ER Doctor explained that supplements are NOT monitored by the FDA. Therefore companies are legally allowed to sell products with excessive amounts of the product in them. Often, the consumers safety is secondary to the profit margin.Highly recommend NOT taking this excessive amount
