Way better than stock CPR6 Grom plug
I have a Honda Grom, which ships from the factory with a CPR6 plug. Honda recommends the CPR7 plug for the American market if you plan on running the bike long and hot. I changed the spark plug at the 1,000 mile mark- let me tell you what, 3,100 miles later this thing feels so smooth, even after running the bike nonstop on 55 mph mountain roads (Blue Ridge Mountains) for two hours straight several days in a row. I have absolutely no complaints.

Check gaps mine were a little too big and had to be adjusted.

Good spark plugs
I've had multiple pairs of these spark plugs in my yamaha cruiser over the years and I've never had any problem whatsoever. Even after putting a ton of work into the engine and tuning, no problem at all. Great spark plugs for a great price.
