Native Unearthed Natural Sage & Lavender Deodorant Balm 60ml

This is the best natural deodorant product I've tried. Remember, it is not an antiperspirant, but I do find that it does help with perspiration better than other natural products I've tried. I live in the South with high humidity and heat, so I find reapplying midday is helpful with those conditions. No odor issues (if you have odor issues with this product, check into armpit detox at wellness mama). I bought the Coconut and Vanilla for my sister and she was very happy with the product - again - it's not an antiperspirant. The arrowroot powder does seem to absorb some of the moisture, so again, reapplying midday when weather is hot or it's a stressful day is helpful. There are no harmful chemicals in this product which is a huge win. Scents are pleasant and subtle, not overwhelming. I have both sage & lavender and coconut vanilla - both are great!

I use a hand sanitizer then this ... the sanitizer kills bacteria (that is what produces the BO) and it helps smooth on the deoderant better. I can go all day with this and have no problems at all. I would recommend this. I love that it has no aluminum oxide /zinc and pabbem stuff.

I like this product it does keep you dry and I like the smell also,just wish it was in a stick form.i did get some in a stick form also and I've found my new deodorant.

I have tried several natural brands of deoderant. I live where it is very hot. This works most days, but not 100%

This takes some getting used to if you have been using ordinary deodorant. I'm attempting to go chemical free.I would use my nail to scrape some of the contents out and then rub it on my fingerprints to melt and then rub it under my arms.Some reviews said it is dry and crumbly. I found it to be around the consistency of cold coconut oil.I had my fiancé sniff under my arms the first few days and he (with a strong sense of smell) said all was well and there was no bad smells at the end of a day of working and having sweated while walking the dog.I did get a but lazy and started using more and then got a reaction of sore itchy arm pits. This is from the bicarbonate. You really need just a tiny amount and then rub in.I took a break and will try again as if I can stay reaction free it is a great product that is really good value for money.Also, it worked a couple of times when I was feeling poorly and being lazy and had to rush out of bed and home to do stuff. I would have smelly pits, not hugely, but just from being in bed and sweating with a fever. I used it to freshen up and it really worked!

I’m a very sweaty woman (I normally buy the stronger strength stuff), so I didn’t expect this to work for me. I was so wrong! Day one of using, I walked 15km with a baby in a carrier on my front, rucksack on my back, wearing all black in 22degrees Celsius heat. I was hot but under my arms didn’t feel overly sweaty and by the end of the day I didn’t smell. Normally I feel that I start to have a bit of a chemical smell to me, but not with this. I hope this keeps working. Lovely scent, dries in quite quickly and importantly didn’t irritate the skin.

I have been looking for a while for a natural product for under the arms. Most of the ones I use leave my armpits feeling sore and irritated and when going the gym, with some odour. so when I saw this product, with natural ingredients I thought I would give it a try. Firstly, the smell is delicious especially the lavender, you only need a small amount, about the size of pea and then rub into area. I had no irritation and there was no residue as its a balm and melts into the skin. Secondly the next test was the gym. I normally do HIIT and Spin Classes. After each class (with loads of sweat) I can safely say this product worked! No odour, no residue on clothes. At last, something I can depend on and will definitely purchase again.

Most deodorants leave a kind of after-smell on clothing and body at the end of the day but this one doesn't. The sage and lavender smell is very subtle so it's not at all noticeable during the day and it really does last all day. My only problem with it is in the cold weather it's very solid and hard to get on so I was using the back of my nail to scoop a small amount out. Now I take the lid off and put it upside down on the radiator for a couple of minutes to soften it - but not too long! I imagine when the weather warms up it will be easier to use. I think it will also last quite a long time. Definitely recommend!

I'm really impressed by this deodorant. From reading the list of ingredients , it is all things that are very natural such as essential oils and kitchen ingredients. It also really works, I use a very small amount as directed and at the end of the day I smell very nice still. I have tried a number of 'natural' deodrants, which often still have some chemicals in them such as coumarin or limonene, and none of them have worked nearly as well as this unassuming concoction.
