The overcoat was decent in terms of quality and about what you can expect for the price. I ordered a size 42 (1,88m, 85kg,) and the fit and style were good.That said, what really stood out was the customer service. When I encountered an issue with damage to the coat (arm teared on the inside), the team responded promptly and handled everything with professionalism. They covered the repair cost without hesitation and communicated with real courtesy throughout the process.The way the company took care of the problem was genuinely impressive. It’s reassuring to know they stand behind their products and value their customers.

This is a super value overcoat true to size (ignore Amazon advice ) they suggested a 42 I know I’m a 50 so that’s what I ordered and it fits perfectly. This is a very smart overcoat well made with nice detail on the collar and pockets. The red lining is very smart. The material is 50% wool 45% acrylic and 5% cashmere, so it should wear well. It’s not overly heavy so comfortable to wear. I’m very pleased with it. If your looking for this style of coat I don’t thing you’ll get better for the price. IMHO

OK, to clear two things up, this is not a Crombie, as those are made by a different company.Second, the description says the lining is both red and black.It's black.Minor gripes.The coat itself is wonderful.The page advises to get the same coat size as your jacket, and that turned out to be true. If you have a 42" jacket, get a 42" coat, because the compensation has already been factored in.Sleeve length covered the jacket but did not cover my hand - excellent!The coat needed a light ironing which is to be expected after being posted.The velvet collar is a nice touch.The coat is very warm. I tested it outside with a jacket at 6am yesterday when the temperature was around 6 degrees. Felt toasty.I love the option of having the outer pockets open or stitched closed.The only minor gripe? A hook and eye to fasten the collar, but I can sort that myself.Bargain!

WinterWarm but small fit

What can I say WoW this coat is amazing would have paid £200+ for this and still have been happy. The craftsmanship and quality of this is beautiful. The fit is spot on and delivered fast. I really can’t praise enough.

Poor craftsmanship and make quality. Cheap and nasty fabric - even for the price. Don't purchase.
