So far so good. The size is helpful for our larger packages, and it's easy to use. I do wish they would use the full-size AAA batteries instead of the Mini AAA batteries. We have had a hard time buying the minis.

I'm super happy with this scale. From my extensive testing (up to 200 Lbs) it is extremely accurate. On BOTH it's ranges. Results were repeatable, even after weighing other items in between, with only the 0.0x Lb digit varying. That was when weighing items on the Low range. On the High range, results never differed by more than 0.1 Lb. It's great having the display module separate from the base. So many times with integrated scales, the item I was weighing covered the display. The display is also bright, and easy to read. It also seems to 'auto-lock', though there is a manual button for that function as well. My only concern is that the curly cable is fixed at both ends. It seems like there might be less wear and tear if it could be unplugged at the base. That would also make it possible to replace just that part later, if necessary. And my only question is about its "charging" feature. It's not clear if this requires that rechargeable batteries be inserted in the display module, or what. But it doesn't come with rechargeable batteries. (and I hope this unit is "smart" enough to know not to try and charge them, when they are just normal "Heavy Duty" alkalines. As these are.) I'm seriously considering buying at least one more of these (for my garage), and possibly two. At their price, I think they are an excellent value. And work well weighing both heavy AND light packages, in a single unit.

I bought this scale on March 2, 2025, and here we are in early August, and it’s basically useless. At first, it seemed fine, but it quickly started showing serious issues. For starters, this isn’t even a food scale — it’s supposed to be used for weighing packages, but now the bottom left corner of the screen says “milk” for no reason. I have no idea why, and there’s no way to turn that off. The display also constantly flips between ounces, grams, and milliliters all at once, which makes no sense and makes it impossible to get a consistent reading. Most of the time, the screen is faded and hard to read. Sometimes it looks completely dead. Even when the screen does show something, the weight is completely off — I’ve seen it say 8 ounces with absolutely nothing on it. That’s just unacceptable for any kind of weighing device, especially one meant for shipping. This is not a reliable scale, and definitely not something you should trust if you’re a small business owner, seller, or anyone who needs accurate measurements. The quality is poor, the functionality is glitchy, and overall it’s just a frustrating waste of money. Do not buy this. You’re better off investing in a brand that actually works and lasts longer than a few months.

I used this scale for items I sell on EBay. This works good enough for what I need it for. I do not know how truly accurate this scale is. I do know that when I have tried to use the exact number it gives me the USPS weight is slightly different. It is easy to use, you just press the power button and go to which setting you want and put the item on the scale. Easy to read weight. It looks like nice, shiny silver surface. I have been using a few months now and have not had any issues with it. I would just remember it is probably not going to be 100% accurate. Scale measures around 10x12 to get an idea of the size. Overall good quality. I would say good purchase if you don’t need something exact but close to the right weight.

Great for office

The scale is accurate and has worked well for a year shipping 20+ packages a day. The only very annoying thing is that it auto shuts off after 2min and you cannot change the power saving feature. So in the couple of minutes you spend packing your next order you have to turn it on and wait a few seconds for it to calibrate. Not an issue if you're just shipping a few packages.
