Very well-made knee pad! It’s firm enough to support but soft enough to be comfortable. Easy to wipe clean and store when not in use.

Multi Purpose Foam Cushion
I use this cushion to improve balance. It was recommended by my physical therapist. The cushion is very dense and is lightweight, comes in a variety of colors & the price is reasonable. It also has many uses as listed by the merchant.

Excellent cushion if you need for an extended period
I had a complete knee replacement in a few years ago so I don’t like putting my knee on solid floor. This cushion works fabulous. Just the right consistency to give me firm support but comfort in the cushion.

Ok for basic balance exercises
Works for what I’m using it for but ideally it should be a little larger. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. Also it already shows some wear despite the fact that I’ve only used it barefoot or with athletic shoes.
