Exceptional Comfort and Protection
The Abena Abri-Form Comfort Plastic-Backed Briefs are hands down one of the best products in their category. The Level 4 absorbency provides *outstanding protection*, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the day and night. The fit is perfect—secure yet comfortable, with a design that adjusts well to medium and large sizes. The plastic backing ensures no leaks, and it feels durable without being bulky or noisy. Plus, the material is gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended wear. A 42-count pack is excellent value, especially for such a high-quality product. If you’re looking for reliability, comfort, and superior absorbency, this is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Great Diapers
My special needs son has been using these diapers for a few month now. They are super absorbent and we are satisfied with the purchase.

Decent product for the price
+ Decent absorbency -tapes don't hold so well after first few hours - plastic backing is really thin. Overall decent product for the price recommend having a roll of tape in case tape's fail -2x no plain brown box

Great premium diaper
I would like to start off with these diapers are wonderful. As a person that needs to wear diapers due to blunt force trauma, and the fact that I became a DL as we are called, these diapers suit both requirements. first off they are plastic backed so they do crinkle but not very loud though, I never been a fan of the cloth backed diapers, they just feel damp on the outside and I worry about oder. As far as fit goes, they are true to size, I have a 36 inch waist and the mediums fit perfect, the leg openings are snug but not so tight they dig in the skin. the leak barriers are nice and tall giving a feel of not wanting to leak giving a peace of mind. I must say they feel very comfortable the padding is nice and thick and wraps around my butt, and while I only have urinary incontinence I feel they would be quite good for those with bowel problems. the crotch is nice and wide and if filled full can make you waddle. And speaking of filled these really hold alot, they can deal with a heavy flood with ease. One thing of note is they swell alot the front does puff up alot making your front a bit obvious but for me I dont have a issue with that. Also the padding wicks moisture really well keeping your skin dry. One thing I would have liked to see is a elastic on the front and back, but I have not leaked in bed and I roll around alot while sleeping, I think them riding high on my waist and the tall full padding fix the issue of night time leaks. Speaking of the padding, these for sure do give give you a "diaper butt" but as a DL I like that part, on that aspect they are in many ways like old school baby diapers. For the amount they can hold, they hold ALOT so much so they do get quite heavy to the point they do sag but never so loose they will leak around the legs. I am able to wear these 12 hours with no problems, which does save money not having to change to many times a day so the value is great, plus it is not easy for me to find time or a place to change. On the part of then getting heavy, the tapes hold up great so I wont worry about them popping, also they are a dual tape system so if need be you can take them off one time and or refit them if you dont get right on the first try. All in all I really pleased with these, comfortable nicely padded, crinkle letting you know you have a diaper on but not to loud. I really cant recommend these enough. I hope this review is helpful for those choosing a quality diaper.

The best diaper for the price
These are an awesome diaper for the price, the only diapers I've found better, or equivalent to these are almost twice the price, so far I've had one on for a little over 6 hours, putting them to the test, during the 6 hours I drank about two gallons of water, and peed at least that much, it was so full I was scared to sit down, but I did, no leaks, and probably could have held a little more. The plastic backing is a little bit thinner, so, I recommend wearing a diaper cover for extended wear to help with sagging and stretching, other than that, they're very comfortable, I started wearing these instead of normal underwear because if I'm hydrated properly, I have to pee about every 10 minutes, both annoying, and taking too much time from my workday. They are fairly crinkly, but clothes help quiet that down a bit. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a great quality diaper without paying $3.30 or more per diaper, if you buy them in bulk they're about $1.60 per diaper which is a great price for them. I'll probably be wearing these most of the time from now on, I can stay diapered all day and night with about 3 of them.👍👍👍🙂 I've been using these diapers for a few months now, in-between trying a few other brands in different price ranges, and around the same price, these are by far my favorite diaper, and I honestly enjoy wearing these, I like to put them in the dryer for 2-3 minutes, they get so fluffy, it makes them fun to wear around the house. Thay are a little bulky to wear under jeans or slacks when in public. Always wear a diaper cover with any diaper, just in case.

Good to the point option but horrible tapes as of 2025
Great diaper that holds up pretty well and looks good while doing so. I appreciate that it's not covered in branding and words that many people cannot stand as they end up looking like ads or just weird IMO. Simple and now somewhat iconic design on the front works for this brand and is pleasing. I dunno about all nighters for heavy multiple wetters as these will leak out the top and leg holes after a while but they do the job fine for a good while and remain very comfortable. As others have mentioned they seem to absorb much less than before so keep that in mind. The tapes as of late seem to be a weaker though I am not sure if I need to size up but generally don't like the tapes to be super close to the center. In the latest case the blue has come off the tab before even placing on the front of the diaper. They have consistently pulled loose through out the day as well so using clear gorilla tape has become a necessity. you may be able to get one retake out of these but thats about it. Being less expensive than other brands these are decent bang for your buck. As long as t hey keep them plastic backed I will have them on hand.

IN DEPTH REVIEW
First of all they do their job very well with handling urinary and bowel Incontinence. Overall comfort wise it took her a little bit getting used to the plastic material since she usually wears clothes back Incontinence products. I did notice it would start to sag a bit when wet after a while and she would be pulling them up trying to adjust it to feel more comfortable. Regardless at that point it's time to change. She has no issues with them when asleep. So far no leaks at night but any diaper will leak if reaches its limit's. They arnt stiff and non of her motion is restricted which helps with comfort. They have a good about of padding without being too thick or too thin. For her the protection is perfect. Regarding bowel accidents, they hold up well and I do notice a difference with odor control over cloth back diapers. Everything stays contained well which is important because she is active and moves around a lot. At night she was close to a blow out but the leg cuffs were fine at containing everything. Cons- 1. they run high past her belly button to the middle of her torso which in some case's more coverage is great but it dose seem to make things for her harder with getting comfortable in different positions like sitting up since ou're belly can stretch out a little when you sit up which dose bother her a little and we really don't want the top part too lose. 2. Heat, she is very heat sensitive and these don't breath because of the plastic. She dose seem to get hot a little easier and sweat wear the plastic is if she is moving around a lot. Overall these work great for managing her incontinence and are better than the cloth back Abena M4-L4 we have tried with her. The sizing is a little difficult because she is in between side medium and large with majority of brands.

Great Choice for Many Types of People
Six and four years ago I had to wear a diaper for protection after some nasty surgeries. The effect lasted only a few months, however, at the age of 43 I suddenly became a diaper lover (as I see they call it).I realized I sleep most soundly when wearing a diaper, I didn’t wet the diaper but I stopped getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. It must have been a mental thing. Anyway, my quality of sleep in a diaper is awesome. So I started to enjoy them. Sometimes for fun and comfort I will wear a diaper all day or just to be weird and because I have them. I started with the Abri-Form M4, as that I what I got leaving the hospital. I loved the thickness and the little bit of crinkle. It was the thick padded-ness I liked. I tried store brands and they were thin and could not hold nearly as much. For a while I tried the Confidry 24/7 based on reviews. Yes it was thicker and very comfortable but WAY TOO LOUD. The crinkle factor was so much you can hear me roll over through the covers. And forget wearing them in public (Too Loud). The Abri-Form M4 is NOT quiet and if I’m walking around the house, my wife knows I’m wearing a diaper. But just a little background noise like a store or party and you can wear this diaper out for daytime. I frequently wear them to the movies. Again, like sleeping, I mostly don’t use it at the movies, but I don’t think I could have gotten through the Avengers movie without it. I feel safe wearing these. The Abri-Form can certainly hold a lot. I can watch multiple soccer games on TV and have a few beers and never get off the couch. So I’m either a diaper lover or the laziest fan on the planet. When you do get up, expect your wife to make fun of you as must waddle to go and take it off. These are my diaper of choice. WHY: 1) They are very strong and can hold a lot. 2)They don’t come off or leak if you are a person who switches sides all night long in bed. 3) They are “very diapery” for the DL’s. And 4) finally, they are cheaper than ones of similar quality and thickness. Those of you wearing for medical reasons, can appreciate the comparison. Remember I was once one of you.

Plastic backed, worth it
this product is by far the best out there in the industry. it is PE backed meaning it has the plasticky texture, not the cloth-like backing common with almost every other brand. these are very very thick, durable, and hold plenty, enough for roughly 12 hours. they might be a bit bulky to hide especially when full & swollen.

good product
i have recently started to need protectoins all day long , before was just to bed(radom accidents), all other product leaked on me in bed exept 2 brand this one is one of them but having to wear allday id otn wan them to lower in teh back like the other does , the only sad part is caus eof my belly to be fat, it tent to slip down when i walk ( stoped with the help of wearing plasitc undies, ), but the same issue happend when iwore undies the u top lowered , in resume this product is a great product lesser leak(only leaked a few tiem in bed),(wish is why i choose now to sleep in cloth protections, (wish htey never leaks at al lbut are even bulkier(to bulky for day ) this product i can use several time (wish make save money cause they cost more, but with multiple use like i do its less expencives ( most other brand 1 accident and i changed (proectoing being about 1$ each, this brand i can easily have 3 or 4 accident no leak ( and theprotections cost about abit more than 2$ each so less expencives that way
