I purchased this to mount my Pedal Commander throttle control unit. It took less than thirty seconds to install and required no tools. Removal will be even quicker, if need be. It feels secure so I don't have to worry about it disengaging from the dash and flopping around. As you can see from the attached photos it doesn't block my infotainment screen nor access to my climate controls.
