Works well! Cleared my clogged duct same day after using three pills during meals. Easy to swallow with the coating despite the size. Made the pain go away and is a good sized bottle to keep handy while I continue to breast feed.

Holy cow I had no idea this would be magic for my clogged duct! It provided the fastest relief of my clog that I was experiencing awful symptoms with. The quality is great and will definitely recommend to any breastfeeding woman! I’ve had mastitis a couple of times over the years and this combined with a Halas will now be my go to methods for clogs as well as recommendations to friends who plan to breastfeed.

Saved me from a clogged duct
I love these products. I had a clogged duct and read up that this helps with this issue. I got it sooo fast and it worked right away. My clogged duct was gone in the morning. I like the clean ingredients and was easy to swallow even though the pills are kinda big

These work!
I don’t ever write reviews but this stuff really works. As someone who had mastitis in the past, I am doing everything in my power to prevent it this time around. Since taking these, all my soreness has gone away. No clogged ducts. I take 2 a day for maintenance, 3 if I feel a clog coming on.

Wonder for Breastfeeding!
Helped a significant amount during my breastfeeding journey when I thought I might be encountering a clogged duct. The quantity that you get for the price is unmatched, they worked really well and done the job.The only downfall of this is the size of the capsule. They are rather large and somewhat difficult to swallow, but overall still met expectations!

Mostly Worth It
Great for clogs! Kinda stinks that sometimes it takes 4-8 pills for it to work but it eventually helps for sure. The pills are huge so beware if you struggle to swallow pills. Never experienced sickness with taking these

I would highly recommend this product!! Help with my milk production and clogs when I get them. I take one everyday sometimes 2 when needed. No side effects and you get a lot in the bottle.

Works great with no downside
This supplement is fantastic! As a strictly-pumping mom, I struggled a lot in the early months of my son’s life with clogged ducts. I have had mastitis before and it is no joke, so I was desperate to try anything that helped to prevent it from getting to that point. This sunflower lecithin works perfectly! Even if I end up going longer than I should without pumping and I end up pretty engorged, I am able to fully empty without any clogs or, if I do get a clog, it clears right up if I put some pressure on it. They say that sunflower lecithin thins the milk out so that it doesn’t get clogged as easily and I believe that it’s definitely true. I was worried that thinning my milk would mean that it didn’t have any of the good fats in it for my son, but that’s not true either!
