Works great for cleaning my nugget/chunk ice maker! I’ve been really happy with how well it cleans and helps keep the machine fresh. Since using this regularly, my ice maker seems to stay cleaner longer and the ice tastes better too. Super easy to use and definitely worth it if you want to maintain your ice maker properly. I really like how the little tablets are individually wrapped and how easy the box is to close and store. We recently bought this for our old ice maker, and apparently I cleaned it pretty good as I didn’t notice any mold coming out anywhere, but we had it for a few years, so I’m sure there was build up in side. We got a new ice machine and will use it in that to keep it clean from the get go. Seems to work and is easy to use and rinse out.

Hi there, Eve! I just opened our package to clean our counter top ice maker and saw your note. I like that each pod is individually wrapped and it makes it cleaner. The box is easy to open and it's secure enough that the packages inside don't slide around a lot. I didn't even have to touch the cleaner itself - I just opened the package and squeeze/dropped it into the ice maker. I'm waiting now for the cycle to run and will do a gallon of water (4 full cycles for me) and then see how things go. But everything is well done and the nice white and blue colors make this product very visually appealing. Well done, Eve!

While it might not be flashy, cleaning out your ice machine is something you'll realize you NEED to do if you want your ice tasting clean and your machine to work properly. With summer in full swing we were noticing smudges inside our ice maker (we have ridiculously hard water, unfortunately), and it would take an annoyingly long time to clean and scrub out the machine. I use this brand for their washing machine cleaner so I figured this might help with our ice maker and IT ABSOLUTELY DOES. The first time we used the tablet in our machine the water was practically grey and had a lot of debris in it (and we do try to clean the machine regularly!) but in our case it made the machine have ZERO smell at all when we were done, and it took like 80% less scrubbing time as everything came off with just light brushing. The machine ran beautifully afterwards and the ice was tasty and had clearly defined cubes. The insides looked pristine and it also made the ice faster after we started using it. I love this brand, because it's NOT expensive for what you're getting.

Works as advertised. Ice was more "clear" and cleaner then before. I used only baking soda & vinager before trying this product. One palet twice a month works great!

I read the other reviews and saw some of the other videos customers are made with this. It worked really well. It did what it was supposed to. It did clean it out. I haven’t had to use it since so it seems to me like a lot of product but you’ll have it same as me. I have it so next time I need to clean it I know what to do.

Works really well. I do not have a clean setting on my ice maker but the instructions said to just put in 1/2 cup of the liquid and top up with water and then run 2-3 batches of ice for it to go through your ice machine.

It works great! I use my machine everyday and clean it weekly. After cleaning the machine the ice maker works better and the ice tastes better.
