Excellent Aid!!
This was a real aid following my back surgery. It had clear directions. It only took a few minutes to assemble. It has been extremely sturdy. I really liked that I did not need to drill into the wall, or attach it permanently to the toilet. The rails are well padded and provide excellent support when lowering myself onto the toilet or lifting myself off . The appliance is easy to move when it comes time to clean the toilet. I had a complex surgery in which they fused my complete lumbar area and corrected my scoliosis. I am still using this devise 4 months after my surgery. I am so glad I made this purchase!

easy to assemble and use
Very easy to assemble and use. High quality. When a missing part was encountered, customer support was very helpful. After knee surgery, this was much more useful than a raised toilet seat because it was very adjustable and stable. It moves around easily when not in use but when you apply weight to the handlebars when in use, it is not wobbly. Since I am a short person, the raised toilet seats I tried were so high my feet dangled instead of touching the floor. This allowed easy access to the usual toilet seat, eliminating the hassle of having to clean around a raised toilet seat.

Very good item for elderly or persons with disability
Easy to assemble and install. I have this item installed on a tall toilet. It does wiggle slightly so user will need to steady their body when seating.
