We hammered and looped 18 gauge sterling silver wire to make these pretty Celtic influenced cross earrings. They measure about 1 1/4 - 1 3/8" (3.2 - 3.5 cm) from the top loop to the bottom of the earrings. The earwires add about 1/2" making them a total length of about 1 5/8 - 1 7/8" (4.2 - 4.7cm) from the top of the sterling silver earwire to the bottom of the earring. The widest part across measures about 1/2- 5/8" (1.2- 1.6cm). This design can be scaled down a little to make them even smaller and a more appropriate length for a child. Just let us know if you would like them in a smaller size. Every item is handmade by us so there are some slight variations in size which is why we give the range of sizes the item will be. If you need it to be an exact size please contact us and we can make sure it is the size you need. It is helpful to pull out a ruler when you read the measurements so that you can get a true sense of size since it's often hard to tell just from photos.
