Curad Antiviral Face Mask - Pack of 3

My husband and I got the flu- we immediately bought a box of these at a drug store and then stocked up on amazon (we caught the flu on vacation) as we have a 20-month old daughter/we wanted her protected.While the vinegar smell takes some getting used to, the ability of these masks to kill germs vs just filtering them is what sold us.My husband and I wore masks all day for 5 days (kind of embarrassing to walk around in public with a mask) but our baby never got the flu! That says a lot since she she on our laps during a 4 Hour plane ride and days in a NYC apt!

The curad Antiviral masks have historically been a really great product but this last order of did not perform as well. Wondering if there has been a change in the manufacturing of????

I have used these masks for several years during cold and flu season, when people go to the grocery store sick and cough all over. The best test of them was last January during a flu epidemic. I fell and broke my wrist, and my husband and I had to sit in an emergency room full of sick people for 9 hours. By keeping the mask on, neither one of us got sick. They do smell like vinegar, but this is preferable to a 2-3 week illness!

Pros: comfortable, light weight and not too thick.Cons: not sealed very well. And that's a big deal because germs and viruses can get by through the openings.

Apparently it's actually being shipped from mainland China.....Love this products, it's worth the wait, but good grief

I wore this on the airplane during flu season and I avoided the flu or a cold.

These are the BEST face masks. During flu season or traveling they are a must.

Good price on this 3 pack. Husband used these masks during the flu. Helped keep me from catching the flu virus.
