I have suffered so long with not being able to get off to sleep, my doctor was very reluctant to give me any type of aid because of addiction, so I have become an insomniac, my brain wouldn't switch off! My job was on a 3 shift rotation, so it became virtually impossible to get any rest. I have tried everything, but nothing helped, until I found these! I can truly and honestly recommend this product. I take 1 pill an hour before bed and I fall asleep so easy. The first time I tried these, I woke up the next morning, and I was amazed! I slept. I fell asleep and I didn't realise. I know that sounds mad, but I felt great. I researched sleeping aids and these had great reviews so I took a leap and ordered. I have now ordered my 2nd pack and I will continue to order. I haven't experienced any dodgy side effects. I do dream, but they don't bother me, they're quite nice dreams really. I would definitely recommend these pills if ur having any issues like I've described. They have no taste, and are small and easy to swallow. Give them a try, what have u got to lose. I promise u, you will sleep, and stay asleep and wake knowing u have at last a had peaceful nights kip.

I have tried many products with mixed results. I saw this one and it really does work. I now get a reasonably good night's sleep and If I do wake up during the night to go to the toilet or following a dream I find I get back to sleep quickly. Amazing small tablet compared to most others. Only drawback is the cost for a packet of 30 but if it helps me to sleep better it is worth it. I will definitely order some more.You can now buy a pack of 60 which works out cheaper.They are brilliant. Help me to get to sleep quickly.Thoroughly recommend this product.

I have been having sleeping issues due to stress and throughout the night I would toss and turn. I came across this sleep aid product and thought I give it a try. I can’t honestly say it’s amazing really puts me at easy and I sleep well by take one 30 minutes before bed. I did however struggle to order it again as it was out of stuck and then second time never got delivered but I finally got my order yesterday. I have been suffering from sleep disturbances and insomnia for the last few months due to CFS and medication changes which leaves me feeling like a zombie during the day. I've tried pretty much every sleeping tablet there is, both over the counter and herbal and these are by far my #1 choice.So happy to finally have found something that allows me to fall asleep much easier without feeling drowsy or making my body feel really heavy and making my CFS worse. I have a deep and peaceful sleep (which is very rare!), much better than I ever would have expected from a natural sleeping tablet. I also don't feel groggy or drowsy at all in the morning.The only negative I have found is that they do leave a horrible taste in your mouth. It does effect my taste buds the following day but it doesn't seem to bother my boyfriend at all (who also loves these) and it's a very small price to pay for a good night's sleep.
