Can the seeds get wet? Do I have to bring the feeder inside when it rains?

It depends on what type of bird feeder you have. Most hanging feeders have a cover to prevent the seeds getting wet. If it's a table top type feeder, they can get wet and then they will dry out again without any harm. I live in rain country, so I am certain about this.

Why so many whole peanuts not enough fruit and berries. My birds won't eat the whole peanuts

I don't know but I'm not having any trouble with my birds eating this. However I do have a good amount of woodpeckers (Downey, Hairy, Red Belied). I have a high energy suit that attracts them and others that go on to eat the seed also. Best wishes
