Defective product and no exchange as yet!
I had asked for an exchange as the base plate had a hole in the center. The exchange has still not happened and the company went a step ahead saying that the courier informed I have refused the exchange. It is a very unprofessional way of handling the customer and the quality of goods being dished out online.

The wooden color is different from the picture display
The media could not be loaded. It is good. The lid is 100% glass and looks healthy. But the wooden color is different from the picture display. Still, I'm okay with it. The only thing I complain about is that the lid does not fit properly with the wooden part—it's wobbly, doesn’t go in well, and is neither airtight nor ant proof. I still don’t mind, so I’ll use it upside down.

Wooden base is very thin, not sturdy
The bottom base is very thin. Does not look sturdy. I only needed the dome so I will use the other base that I already have.
