If you like a strong lemon taste, odds are you'll enjoy this smoothie. We use 1/4 of a whole lemon (including the peel) to give this smoothie it's bite and then balance it out with the sweetness that the 2/3 cup of fresh mango provides. Oh, and we also sneak 2 cups of kale into each smoothie. We freeze-dry all 3 of these ingredients, powder them, and package them, so all you have to do is add them back to 12 oz water and shake to enjoy a fresh smoothie anywhere.
