how long does it take to charge the battery?

I never let it get below 2 bars. To bring it to full charge from there probably takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Haven't timed it closely though.

The long life battery last less than 10 hrs on one radio and less than 8 hrs on the second radio. Are these defective?

We average a week long battery under “average” usage; average usage is taken at daily uses of 60-90 minutes (such as for those using it in a gym or athletic daily environment) If it is used in a workplace environment (all day in an 8-10 hour shift) a daily charge would be average use

Can you use it at a NFL game?
