Did not receive the balloon but items were awesome ! Totally just like photos

OVER PRICED. My mistake was, I thought I was getting 16 large & 16 small plates, 16 large & 16 small napkins with 1 balloon. After going to a nearby party store where they had exact design, I quickly realized I over paid and didn't get small napkins or small plates. The cost at the store was $2.49 for a 8 count pack on each item. I could of spent $20 in the store and got more. Even the balloon was only $3. So I paid $20 for only $13 worth of product. VERY DISAPPOINTED, & also Mad at myself.

Plates and napkins as described. Pretty.Balloon couldn't be used as there was a large hole in it. Unfortunately, I found that out the day of the party.
