Work quite nicely in a high intensity "tactical" Flashlight.. They are button top cells, as shown in the photoda, and clearly stated in the bulleted feature list. THe LED on the charger is red while charging, changes gradually to amber as end of charge nears, and green when fully charged (4.23 V per my meter)--so it appears to have some "intelligence"...

They do work, but they did not fit initially. They are the full size and are not flat. This might effect their performance in your device as it did mine. I had to modify with paperclips and a hammer unfortunately, but they still work.My device says it takes 18650 batteries, but really it takes flat-style 18650 batteries.

the charger instead of the claimed 800mA gives out only 200. Protection from the confused contacts is absent, in the dark put batteries - got burned a finger. And most importantly, the actual capacity of the batteries is about 1500mAh and after 2 weeks they stopped working!

They work very well and hold enough change to last about the same amount of time as the original battery that came with the flashlight
