I've tasted a multitude of soda brands and flavors throughout my lifetime. While I do not prefer diet variations - I normally cannot bring myself to finish a can or bottle - I finished and enjoyed my 12-pack of AlluSoda. As advertised, it does not have the "diet" aftertaste that every other diet soda I've tasted is plagued with. In addition, the current flavors, "Craft Cola", "Lemon & Lime", and "Ginger Ale" all taste natural and unique.My only concerns are the price (though still slightly cheaper than some alternatives) and the lower levels of carbonation, but I'm sure those could be subject to change for the better, in the future. My favorite flavor of the three is Ginger Ale due to its natural "bite", which makes up for the slight lack of carbonation, in my opinion.

I tried the 3 available flavors. They were all AWFULI give the lemon lime zero stars, the ginger ale a half a star and the coke one star. It was barely drinkable. I have been using various allusose sweetener products for about a year. Before discovering allulose I thought xylitol was going to be as good as it could get taste wise for finding a low-carb sugar substitute.I was wrong. Allusose is FANTASIC!!! ☆☆☆☆☆I suppose it is too expensive to be used commercially in a grand scale. I gave this product a good faith try. I bought a case hopeful that allusose as the main sweetening ingredient wouldn't let the others two sweeteners added ruin the flavor, but I was sadly disappointed. The Reb M (a fancy name for a type of stevia) and Monkfruit had horrible results. A horrible initial taste while drinking it and a worse aftertaste.Don't waste your money.Until products are made with allusose as the ONLY ingredient to sweeten them, stick to pure allusose, granulated or liquid and for a beverage treat add it to UNSWEETENED lemonade or iced tea. .You will not be disappointed.

I have been a loyal diet coke and diet dr. pepper drinker for decades, but wanted to try something less bitter and hopefully, with more natural ingredients without sacrificing taste. I tried AlluSoda and loved it! Don't go into it looking for a direct copy of diet coke. It is very different, but in a good way. Improvement on the taste without the ever present aftertaste that always follows diet coke. It also has less carbonation, which I thought was a nice touch. The carbonation is still in there like every soda should have, but it wasn't quite as overpowering as I'm used to. All 3 flavors are excellent!The only thing I would say is a slight drawback is the price. Hopefully, we'll see some adjustment there but I'm already ordering another 12-pack regardless!

Good thirst quenching flavors !

I bought the variety pack to try all 3 flavors and sadly none of them were particularly good to me. I’ve been looking for a diet soda replacement with allulose that tastes similar to what I know, but this stuff is definitely more on the “craft” spectrum. The makers did explain to me that there was a limit of the amount of allulose they could use and that makes sense since allulose is only 70% as sweet as sugar. The cola isn’t too bad, the ginger ale is passable, but the lemon lime I did not like at all.

I was so excited to find this soda! I have been using allulose to sweeten my coffee and for baking. It is the only sugar substitute that I have found that tastes and behaves like sugar and has no aftertaste. Needless to say, I was very excited to find this soda. Unfortunately, this stuff is HORRIBLE!!! Bitter, nasty, acrid aftertaste. This is one of the worst sodas I have ever had. How can you make a ginger ale that is so terrible??? Ginger is such a strong flavor, it hardly needs any sweetening at all. How can you screw up lemon/lime??? I can see how a cola drink is tough, but this one is about the worst cola I have ever had! All three flavors of this soda are awful, awful, awful. And, at this price point, what an incredible disappointment. Oh well, out 35 bucks! My search for a good sugar alternative soda continues...

I've been looking for something to replace pop that is zero carb, and this soda tastes very good. Just don't have expectations about what it should taste like by comparing it to regular coke, etc. It's flavor is it's own. I think I like the cola the best, but I liked all three and would buy them all again. It could use a little more carbonation in my opinion, and the price is high, but I will buy it again since it is only for myself. If you have kids you wanted to give it to it would be too expensive for most people.

As others have mentioned the carbonation level in these is quite low. They're also very sweet. The lemon lime is undrinkable imo, I literally poured it down the drain. The ginger ale has too much ginger flavor for me and too little for my husband (he literally eats dried ginger though). The cola was tolerable but tasted like a weird cross between Coke and Dr. Pepper.
