Really nice having this prefab niche. It saved a ton of time by not having to build it and then waterproof the new construction.Measure your studs to make sure it will fit properly. Most houses were built by people who don’t care about your house.Screw it between the studs and you’re ready to tile once the rest of the shower area is complete. I put thinset right on the niche. No issues. No loose tile. No movement. No worry.Worth the cost of this thing.

This box worked perfectly for the bathroom project. Below shows the installed product. The tile work is a bit tricky but that doesn’t take away from the product at all. It’s water resistant and installs between studs for easy installation

Great for water proofing but the bottom (narrow) shelf becomes very narrow if you use thick tile like travertine. Only wide enough for a bar of soap and razor blade.

These niches are awesome, but they are a pain to tile the bottom one. It is small and without years of tiling experience it took me a while to get everything perfect. overall they work great and are waterproof, but if you are new to construction or tile, stay away!

I have to admit that I have not installed it yet, but it's sturdy and well designed. I have every confidence it will do its job admirably.

Very easy to install and seal. I am a novice in installing niches but found this an easy and foolproof way to use without having to custom build one and having to worry about leakages.

I looked at several different materials and settled on this one - No issues at all with grout attachment as I was concerned. Works as well as I could ever expect, no problems, highly recommend
