It's sturdy enough to move the patient without a lot of effort, absorbent, and of course washable too. I use this largest 52" with the handles under one of the 36" pads without the handles. This way, I only have to change the smaller 36" pad on top if the patient leaked through their diaper.

I haven't had opportunity to wash this yet, so I cannot speak to that aspect of the pad, but otherwise, it is great. So much easier than using a sheet. The stitching is well done, strong, and durable. The handles are helpful - especially the two at the top of the pad that make it easy for one person to shift the patient in the bed. I'm very glad we made this purchase.

This pad is very helpful in caring for my invalid husband. It is very sturdy— one person is able to pull him up on bed using this pad. It is soft and comfortable. It is washable. Absolutely worth the money if you are caring for a bedbound person.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this pad before and now that my husband is bed bound, I needed to get additional pads. The nurses appreciate the attached handles as it makes it very easy to move him on the bed. It also keeps him dry if there’s a leak (we stopped using plastic/vinyl cover pants as he got a bad rash on his legs). I am also thrilled that I can wash and reuse them. I’m not sure what I would do without this product.

Does the job. A good size for a bed or chair and provides good protection. To use for movement of a person does require 2 people. Appears durable and did prevent leaks. Washes nicely.

This positioning bed pad is an absolute must. It is a quality product that works well. The handles make it super easy to grab so the caregiver(s) can maneuver changing the patient's position and ilt seems to be a durable product. The size I purchased fit perfectly under a 5'6" tall 180 lb female. Great value for the money. Thinking of purchasing a second one.

Good protection for might time accidents after having a stroke. Saves on laundry and doing the sheets constantly. Good sturdy design and cones out great after washing!
