Unusual bookends
Although quite small, these bookends are sturdy and have supported my heavy books. I loved their design of a man and woman reading.

My mum picked these for her Christmas present from me as her books kept falling down. She loves them and I loved how dainty they are but a good weight

I demand a refund for the gift wrapping
The item is good and looks like the photos. However, I paid for it to be gift wrapped including a card and it came wrapped in plain postal packaging with my message written on a piece or paper with Amazon written on it!!This detracts from the whole experience because the product itself is decent but the seller or Amazon did a lousy job. I'm glad I opened it because this I no way suitable as a gift. Such a shame.

Not heavy enough
These look very nice but they are not heavy enough for practical bookends. They would not support many books and only short books at that.
