I wanted to wait until I really tried these before leaving a review. As a CNA, I'm always on my feet and running. In recent months my feet have been aching by the end of every shift so much that even after sleeping I can barely walk. I got an amazing pair of shoes that have lasted me about a year or so and I figured they were finally losing their support. Being a CNA I also don't make enough money to drop another hundred on shoes that are holding up with everything except the insoles and to be fair, I'm starting THE life-change which is causing some weight gain so it could be just that too. I decided to look for additional insole support to see if it would help. I went back and forth on a couple but decided on these. Omg am I glad I did because I feel like I'm bouncing lol. It's been over a month (closer to 2) and these are still working. No more pain. The support is incredible. They fit perfectly without having to cut in my size 9 sneakers. Just enough thickness to feel the difference but not overcrowd my shoe so I still have room. Even my ankles, knees and back feel better. I find myself running up the stairs often now instead of willing myself. I tried to find my husband the men's version but couldn't find the exact same. Not sure if they make it for men. These will forever be my go to. I'm afraid they will run out someday so bought a couple more just to have on hand. I'm curious to see how long they will last because any I've tried before never made it longer than a couple months tops. I would notice the comfort level would start fading within a week or two. The memory foam ones tend to lose their memory in less than a week. The fact that these are still cushiony and giving bounce surprises me but give me hope. Even if they only last 6 months I'll be thrilled and just pop in a new pair. It would totally be worth the money.

My foot was hurting from some other insoles and these insoles are helping my foot with the pain. They’re very comfortable and the beads don’t come out.

I wanted to extend the life of my jogging shoes, which are about halfway through their use. I decided an insole replacement would help. I bought the Dr Scholls energy return model after seeing it advertised. I was able to trim it easily to fit in my shoes, as pictured.These insoles definitely add a lot of cushioning to my shoes, giving them a bouncy feeling they haven’t had in a couple months. The arch support is somewhat lacking, with a flexible rubber arch plate that isn’t rigid enough to hold the midfoot in place. That said, there are other types of insoles you can find for that purpose. For a cushioning insole, the energy return model seems to work well and is a good value.Overall four stars - could use more rigid arch support like the Athlete model, but still very good for cushioning.

Bought these to walk around Disney with, I have never had such cushion in my shoes. The perfect thickness so your shoe doesn’t feel too tight. The support was amazing. Great quality even after cutting to size!

I am an insert connoisseur. Between miles of dog walking, days upon days of standing for work, and arches small children could play in, I have tried them all. Well, all barring custom, because I am notoriously frugal. The promise of Boosting Beads fell silent on these old feet. Absent arch support, negligible cushioning, and average thickness left my love for these inserts lagging behind. For arch support, I recommend Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort insoles: a half insole with terrific shock absorption and an arch that reaches great heights; also, Dr. Scholl's Fitness Walking insoles: overall, a yummy supportive, yet squishy experience.

I am on my feet 10 hours at work on concrete, these are amazing for relief on your feet. Lasted me 3 months. Does not have a smell.

Already bought my 3pair cause it helps me out so much for work shoes and also long walk days

I’ve had these in my work boots that I wear 6 days a week for over a year now and they still have cushion to them. These make such a difference. I urge everyone to buy an insert for their shoes that they are in for hours a day and this product is the best one I’ve had so far. Comfort lasts for months. My other ones lose thickness and support so quickly, but this product didn’t.
