Good Printer, good price!

Worst customer service ever!!
This product did not work with the ink purchased. We requested a return and refund. It has been over a month and the company keeps saying they are waiting for a 3rd party shipper to get a bill of lading and pick it up. I think they are just delaying and then going to say it has been too long. Do not purchase anything from this company.
