Not that easy to set up
Looks nice - cover seems a little loose - hope tablet does fall out. Unsure if it has a screen protector on it - clarity is not as clear as the Amazon Kindle for kids, but for the price for a kid it will do fine.

Warning
Edit: the customer service isnt as great as i thought. They still havent reached out about the green tablet that is no longer working to help since i told them i already did a soft and hard reset and nothing. They just havent replied or said anything since. Hopefully they arent scamming me out of $100 tablet.Edit: The customer service is great and reaches out pretty fast. They were quick to send us replacements for the tablets that stopped working. However, the green tablet that they sent us ended up just stopping. It shut off in the middle of a game and never came back on. The blue tablet replacement is still going strong. I will change my review for the customer service but as for the product, I'm not sure what's going on but it's the third one to die on us. So I'm not too sure about them. Customer service: 10/10 Product: MAYBE 3/10.... love the device when it works!Do not buy! I bought both my kids tablets at the end of May for their birthdays and it's the end of June and neither ones charging port works anymore. I missed my return window by a few days which sucks. I spent $200+ for about 3 weeks worth of use. I suggest finding a better made product.

My two year old daughter loves it!!!!!

Not for me.
This product was okay to begin with. Although it is fairly heavy for a child's tablet, it was easy to set up and is Google based. It was used a few times for my child to watch Disney and such for long car rides. Was never dropped nor near any water. My wife tried to randomly start the Ipad and it began to show a bunch of Chinese symbols, took a picture of her, then shut off and wouldn't come back on again. Of course I am just past the month return of this product. Do Not Buy! Cheap product that propably sent my wife's selfie to China.I updated this review and gave more stars because of the customer service of the company. They reached out and immediately wanted to make things right. They offered a full refund. Great to see if a product has a flaw in a few units, the business steps up and assists as best as they can.

2 yr old toddler tablet
I have a very destructive 2 and half year old red headed little terror granddaughter who had already broken 2 tablets prior to this one, but this one ...oh yea it is awesome, so far we are about 2 months in and it has survived being stepped on, thrown and a 2 week vacation with multiple stops. The case is what keeps this tablet so safe, she is able to operate it completely by herself. easy set up. !
