They taste good and seem to do the job. If you are not used to fiber supplements, or even eating enough fiber, these may be a shock to the system. I was afraid these would be too rough so I taper the dosage down to just enough to not cause symptoms. Eating 1/2 of one seems to do the trick until I build up the tolerance needed to digest fiber. They taste good and seem fresh too. I will keep at it though, as fiber is an important part of one's diet.

I would recommend this product to anyone in need of collagen supplements. The inclusion of Vitamin C & E, in particular, impressed me as they are known for their benefits to skin and hair health. The strawberry lemon flavor could be improved as it tasted a little weird to me. Overall, a good product for your joint support and to maintain hair, skin, and nails.
