I wanted to thank Giro for producing the helmet that saved me from serious injury. I had a very nasty bike crash a few weeks ago. I was thrown off my bike at speed & my head, specifically, the right side of the temple region was slammed into a cattle grid at full force. Thank God I was wearing my helmet. The MIPS system works. The helmet did its job. I am just in the process of ordering a new one. I don't think they can be reused after an accident? A small price to pay for the protection it afforded me. Broken ribs heal. Bruised arms & legs heal. Smashed heads on the other hand? Please wear your helmet guys. I used to be the cocky rider who refused to wear a helmet. It was my mum who made me see sense & start to wear it on my bike rides. Accidents happen so fast. I could not react in time. The helmet saved my life. I am very thankful to Giro.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a big head, this was my only option, it worked without making me look like a total dork! Job done and it’s comfy.

Great Helmet Fitting. I have a massive 63cm head and I have plenty of adjustment room to spare. Can't comment on protection (thankfully) but seems like it'll do the job.
