Makes good Bose ear-buds great.
I recently upgraded from my old headphones to a pair of Bose wireless earbuds. My excitement about the new and expensive purchase quickly dwindled when I wore them to the gym for the first time. With the rubber ear inserts I felt like I could hear everything, was constantly adjusting them, and that there was no way they were going to stay in when I was running. I so frustrated that I was about to return the earbuds all together. After doing some research, I found these and thought why not give them a try. If you have never tried the foam ear tips like these you will be amazed the first time you do. I ordered these based off of the rubber sized ones that I was using and the sizing was perfect. These simply pop on and even come with a guard for ear-wax built in. They fit my ears perfectly and seal out most of the outside noise in conjunction with the noise canceling feature of the headphones. I don’t know why Bose doesn’t just ship their headphones with these. I have been using them for months almost daily and haven’t seen any signs of wear. These are great and a must have.

Works perfectly for my Bose QC 2
Five stars for these Comply tips, folks. Yeah, the negative reviews had me worried—but honestly, I just took it slow, watched a quick clip and lined ‘em up right. No twisting, no breakage, and now? They sit deeper, seal like crazy, and my ANC feels stronger than ever. Sound’s richer too, quieter background. Hats off to Comply, y’all sent a solid batch that actually fits my weird ears perfect. If you’re hesitating, relax—breathe, take five seconds extra, and you’ll love ’em. Total game changer.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE FLUSHING $400 DOWN THE DRAIN
There are plenty of trash products being sold on Amazon and this is officially the worst I've encountered. I bought these to replace a damaged OEM silicone earbud cover (I now deeply regret not waiting the three weeks estimated by Bose website to ship theirs and you will soon learn why) and immediately found them to be stiff and uncomfortable. The instructions on the packaging tell you to compress them before inserting into your ear, which is difficult to do because you can't exactly squish these all the way down like Mack's foam earplugs. There's only so much give, not least because Bose QuietComfort IIs are pretty delicate and you can't just crush the foam into the sides. Still, I thought may be if I practiced a bit, I might discover a trick to getting the fit to improve or at the very least, acclimate to the feeling. I tried all three sizes and none of them fit that well but I settled on giving myself a couple of days to adjust to Medium. Due to the poor fit, it can't create a proper seal, thereby rendering the NC functionality moot. I decided to return these and in the first few seconds of trying to gently remove the replacement bud, it SNAPPED OFF the end of my right earbud and now WON'T COME OFF. And just like that, poof! $400 on fastidiously cared-for earbuds GONE. I couldn't get a clear enough photo of the wires being exposed, so I have instead attached a video to demonstrate the extent of the damage. As you can see, the end is now completely mobile – not what it's supposed to do. The earbud is unusable and makes a painful crackling sound in that ear. Thanks a lot, Comply!

Works
Fits well and is comfortable. It does effect the noise cancelling slightly.

Fixed a major issue I had with these earbuds, and are very comfy.
Whenever I would eat or just simply yawn, the default silicone tips would not securely keep the earbuds in place. Though they completely remove from my ears, the earbuds lose its seal and I would have to readjust them. However, buying these foam ear tips for my QC Ultras were a life changer. They were easy to install, and were identical in size compared to the included silicone tips. They also looked pretty nice. Foam wasn’t too firm as many other reviews complained about— they seemed to be a perfect of soft and firm. They feel dense, and feel quality. They also fully fixed my yawning issue. They don’t slip out and stay in the same place I put them in my ears.

Not as effective noise cancellation as original tips
I'm using size large to replace the original large tips that came with my earbuds. After switching to these tips, I quickly noticed that I could hear noises which used to be blocked out by active noise cancellation when I was using the original, stock tips. I was surprised by this, because I thought the extra foam padding would block out some extra noise, but it seems like it actually interferes with the ANC somehow. On a more positive note, others have mentioned that they're very difficult to remove, but fortunately I didn't find this to be the case. As long as you're careful, and remove the tips from the top or bottom of the bud (not the sides), there should be no problem. Lastly, the memory foam doesn't seem particularly high quality, and it's worth noting that each pair of tips is only supposed to last for 2-3 months. There's no way these are worth this premium price.

These have been a game changer for me. The other inserts would always fall out of my ears at the gym, but these feel secure and stay in place much better. Much more comfortable and reliable during workouts.

That seal first of all was not comfortable, but bearable and really satisfying. Comparing it with Bose's stock eartips, these ones cut the noise leakage in half (in my experience at least). And all this experience took place in a shopping mall. You know it's doing its job when you feel its grip around the entrance of your ear canal. And the price tag was worth it. It's maximizing the effectivity of one of the best noise cancelling earbuds in the world by having this. Worth the wait (coz I had to wait for Comply to make a Bose QC II version). Was just hoping they'd also come in Sandstone (well black and white works together anyway so it's a bearable inconvenience).
