For sizing purposes, I'm 5'9,190 lbs and ordered an XL and it fits perfectly. The material is very durable and running in it wasn't a problem at all. Used it for the first time this morning and I can confirm it really works! I didn't think I would be sweating this much from a 1.5 mile jog, but wearing the hood and pants proved me wrong. I usually have a hard time sweating unless it's a rigorous run or extremely hard workout, but this suit does the trick. I highly recommend this product if you want a reason to sweat and some motivation to start that workout journey you've been pushing off for a few months now.

Bought an xl, I’m 5’7” 219lbs and it fits like a dream love how it looks on me.

This company makes a great product but they have a sizing issue with the pants. If you are tall and lean the size large will be too short. However, the size extra large is longer, it will fit too big. So if you are 5'9 and 135 the pants will be a little short.

Simply said. It works!!! I literally lost 4 pounds of water in 2 days of an hour exercising while wearing this suit. At first I thought the scale was lying...then I tried another scale...same results. I can't wait to see what happens after a month 😳. Fair warning..your shoes and socks will be soaked.

Yes, they run small.They are supposed too.If you use these regularly you know thatI got the xl, but I am an large.Just go one size up, it'll be easier to get the sweaty thing off of you.Wear a T-shirt underneath to mop the sweat and it won't stick to your skin.The zipper on the neck line is what makes this product standout.Super helpful when donning and doffing this equipment.Easy to wash, hang dry.Sidenote: the pants make superb warm gear under your clothes when out in cold weather.jus' sayin'
