Nordic Ware90777 Beehive Cakelets Pan, 3-Cup, Toffee

The cakes turned out cute but in between batches you have to clean out pan and re grease. Just labor intensive. Don’t fill past 2/3 mark otherwise you’ll have a lot of cake to cut off (by yourself a leveler- don’t just use a knife!).

I ordered gold to match my collection but they sent platinum. Still quality but I ordered this to match. Cannot get in contact with the company, will return.

This pan came with instructions on how to grease it properly, with cooking spray that already has flour in it. I’m sure that would have made it a lot easier on the second round especially than using butter and flour like I did since I didn’t have any of the spray around when I was ready to bake. It will take some trail and error to figure out the right level you should fill them too, I got one batch with a little too much, one with just a bit under enough and one that was just right. All in all I love this pan and I can’t wait to use it more and more.

I loved how the cakes came out. They cooked perfectly and evenly. They slid right out when done and wiped clean easily. I love almost everything about them. While a silicone mold would make for easier storage, this mold was everything else I wanted.

Smooth finish for easy cake removal. The attached recipe is delicious and the perfect amount for this tin.

So stinking cute!! It's a nice heavy pan and I grease and flour it so no sticking but it holds the little bee shapes still very good. I LOVE the gold, and hang it on the wall as decor when not using.

This thing is amazing, like most Nordic Ware stuff. The cakes come out of it super easy and whatever gets stuck isn't tough to clean up. It's heavy and durable, but I would put it on top of a cookie sheet or something next time I use it since it doesn't quite fit right and tilts into the grooves of my oven rack. But the shape comes out fantastic and these little guys are so cute! I love them, this is my favorite pan in the entire world.

It’s Nordic Wear pan where the quality is very good. They are very cute beehives. I used them for my daughters Baby Shower. I certainly recommend this pan. Happy baking!
