They're nicer than a lot, HOWEVER, after buying, I researched them and actually ankle weights are bad for your ligaments and muscles! If you want to work on weight training while running or walking, get a weighted vest! Ankle weights add un-proportional weight and throw off your stride and can cause injury. Be careful! If you want, you can always walk/run while holding two water bottles for so much cheaper!

I’m sure the product is fine for exercise but the weights I received had clearly been used and I am returning them. The Velcro had animal or other type of hair and debris in it. And the weights were covered in hair and other dirt. Disgusting
